Little Lennons began in 2013 during a long snow storm. I had an 8 month old and a rowdy 3.5 year-old and, in desperation, dove into my "preschool teacher cabinet" (as my husband refers to it) and started pulling out all of my old homemade math activities, literature games and binders with tracing pages inside. As my son and I played with all these new activities, I had an idea. One thing led to another and the first custom Busy Books were created. I had figured out a way to not only keep my active son busy (and secretly learning) when we were stuck at home, but also a way to keep him entertained while we were out and about. 😉

Over the course of 8 years, I've made over 5,000 busy books for children worldwide (I’ve finally lost count!). I absolutely LOVE what I do and I love that I can share something with other families that promotes learning and works so incredibly well to keep kids quiet and engaged while you're out (or in the house with an 8 month old napper 😊).

Over the years, I have been given the opportunity to create books for children with IEPs, children and adults with Down Syndrome and children on different levels of the autism spectrum. I've worked with therapists throughout my 12 years of experience as a preschool teacher/Director, so anything is possible when it comes to personalizing your Busy Book. Every book comes with a dry erase marker and crayon, felt square eraser, directions for use, a canvas storage case, dice for games, and anything else you may need in order to have tons of fun at home or on the go!

EACH AND EVERY BOOK IS ASSEMBLED BY HAND AND CREATED WITH LOVE AND MY IMAGINATION!! Books can take up to 4 weeks to arrive for this reason, longer if you've asked for a specific customization. I put time and effort into EVERY book I make, perfecting every detail and making sure it will work for YOUR child before I send it out. Please be patient with me and I will get an amazing book to your doorstep as soon as possible!! 😊
